The Most Beautiful
Horse
In The World
A little girl wakes from a dream
"Mommy, The Most Beautiful Horse In The World I have seen.
One day she will be mine; all decorated in silver and lace,
And she has the most beautiful face."

As the years went by in a blur...
Foals were born but none were her
A mare that no one else desired
And a World Champion sire...

When she mated the two she was asked, "Why?"
She replied, "You will see in a matter of time."
On a balmy March night the dream came true!
A filly was born and the girl, now a grown woman, hugged her and said,
"For so long I've waited for YOU."

The two lived for only one another, no one existed in their world
Just the Most Beautiful Horse In The World and HER girl.
Always connected in some strange way
The horse always knew when to neigh.

Just to say, "Hi there" or "Where have YOU been?"
You could hear her above all other din.
Their love went on for 8 short years
One evening in tears,

A woman called her mother to say,
"The Most Beautiful Horse In The World has left today..."
