Horses, ponies, donkeys, mules or zebras - these are the wonderful magical creatures that
evoke such love and passion in so many of us, life without them just wouldn't be the same.

If you feel that way too and have an equine-related website for real (living or memorialized)
members of the equine family - single horses, a farm-full, equipment suppliers - all are
welcome as long as it's suitable for ALL ages.

The nav-bar above is active and working.  It is the bar for this particular page.

Now, how to join us!
I want to welcome you to one of the newest rings on the web,
Hoofprints On The Web

This is the homepage for the ring and admittedly, it's awfully 'bare-bones'.  Right now it contains just 2 items, the ring nav-code
at the bottom and the join button.  As things progress I'll have a lot more info on this page - for now I'm concentrating on
rescuing all the ring members from the old WebRing-based ring.  Please bear with me in this. (Dave)
There are only 3 rules you must observe to join the ring;

1.)  Your site should concern a real, living or once-living horse.

2.)  Your site must not be profane in any way.  It must be observable to all (G-rated).

3.)  The "Hoofprints On The Web" ring navigation code
must be placed on the page you
registered.  Also, and I can't stress this enough, your ring navigation code
must be placed on
your registered page within
7 days of the time you register your site - or your site simply
won't be considered for membership in the ring.  This is mainly because of the recent deluge
of apparently automatic entry attempts we've received in the page few months.  The reason
for the nav-code is to keep the ring intact and navigable.  Should the nav-bar disappear from
your site, your site will be deactivated/suspended until it re-appears.
1.)  Copy the ring logo picture at the top of this page to your computer - with the name
unchanged.  Then click on the "JOIN" link just below and fill out the form, then send it.  You
will receive, almost immediately, a new page which will contain - among other things - the
navigation code that must be inserted onto your web-page.

2.)  Upload the picture to your website and copy the nav-code to your page.

3.)  Send me an e-mail (just click here) when you've got that done.  I'll check, just to make
sure, and if it passes the automatic "checker" you'll be activated into the ring.

So, are you ready?  Just click the link below.

I, personally, am glad you came.
